Sauna Canggu works Monday to Saturday, 08:00–18:00 WITA, from its workshop in Canggu. Surveys within Badung and Denpasar are usually same-day or next-day; Ubud, Uluwatu and Sanur are grouped by day and confirmed on WhatsApp. Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Penida and the Gili islands are served by cargo boat with freight quoted separately. What happens after you message
A project manager rings you within working hours to talk through size, people, power and budget, and asks for photos of the spot and the meter box.
We visit, measure, check the PLN supply, water and drainage, and note the access route, usually within the week, anywhere from Pererenan to Uluwatu, Ubud and Sanur.
You receive a visual of the cabin or plunge in your space and a quote broken down to cabin, heater, electrics, delivery and installation, with a schedule.
A 50 % deposit starts fabrication in the workshop; the second payment is due before installation; we finish with a test heating together and the 2-year warranty.
