Sauna and ice bath builder for Sanur, Nusa Dua and the islands
Family villas, long-stay homes, resorts, easy bypass access and the boat to Lembongan.
Sanur and Nusa Dua are the calm coast: reef-sheltered beaches, family villas and long-stay homes in Sanur and Sidakarya, resort enclaves in Nusa Dua, Benoa and Jimbaran, and the fastest truck access on the island along the bypass. Sauna Canggu builds villa saunas, resort steam rooms and plunges here, and loads the cargo boat to Lembongan from Sanur harbour.

Family villas, long-stay homes and resorts in Sanur and Nusa Dua
Sanur is where people settle rather than pass through. The villas along the beachfront lanes and inland in Sidakarya and Sanur Kauh are larger, single-storey, often owner-occupied by families or long-stay residents, with a garden that already has a pool house or a gazebo waiting to become a sauna. The brief in Sanur is comfort and durability over Instagram: a four- to six-person dry sauna in cedar, a plunge in the shade, and a maintenance schedule the owner does not have to think about. Nusa Dua, Benoa and Jimbaran are the resort end: hotel spas that need a commercial steam room or a sauna for 10–20 guests, run 12–16 hours a day, with a duty-rated generator, three-phase supply and a hygiene protocol on paper. Commercial saunas start at IDR 150 million indicatively and take 4–8 weeks.
Access, power, weather and the boat to Lembongan
Logistics are the easiest on the island. The bypass road runs from Kerobokan straight to Sanur and on to Nusa Dua, so a full truck can reach most villas and every resort loading bay, which shortens installation days. Power on Sanur villas built in the 1990s and 2000s is often 2,200–5,500 VA, while resorts have three-phase as a matter of course; a 6–9 kW heater needs 7,700–11,000 VA, applied for and paid by the owner, and the PLN office in Denpasar processes Sanur upgrades routinely. The east coast is a little drier and less windy than Canggu, and the reef keeps the spray down, but the beachfront lanes still get salt air and every fixing is stainless.
Sanur harbour is also our gateway to Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida. A cabin travels as palletised panels on the morning cargo boat, the heater and chiller ride with the crew, and assembly on the island takes two or three days longer than on the mainland because everything moves by hand or by pickup on narrow roads. Freight and crew travel are quoted separately, and imported heaters reach Bali from Java by truck and ferry in 4–6 days, so island projects are scheduled with a week's margin. The Gili islands go the same way from Padangbai. The dry sauna page covers the cabins we send by boat, and the steam room page the resort builds.

How does a sauna get to Nusa Lembongan?
As panels on the cargo boat from Sanur, with a two- or three-person crew following. Allow about a week longer than a mainland build and a separate freight quote. Chillers and heaters travel in their crates with the crew.
Do you build for hotels in Nusa Dua?
Yes: commercial saunas for 10–20 guests on three-phase, steam rooms with duty-rated generators and plunges with 1 HP chillers, from IDR 150 million indicatively, 4–8 weeks, scheduled around occupancy.
Is Sanur's climate easier on a sauna than Canggu's?
Slightly: less wind and spray, similar humidity. The same wall build-up, roof and stainless hardware apply, and the beachfront lanes still get salt. The bigger difference is access, which is far easier here.
